Overview

 

The Airabica refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your equipment must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as opened bag/tin or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards/vouchers, boxes

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. email order confirmation  or   receipt of PoS)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted:

    • Equipment or magazine with obvious signs of use

    • Bag of coffee that has been used by more than 50grams before returning it

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    • If coffee has not been stored in cool place, out of direct sunlight and not closed properly after opening bag.
 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our contact us form or email.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/Discounted items cannot be refunded.

 

A refund or alternatively a voucher may be provided if a product is out of stock

 

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Use the contact us page to send an email to request an exchange and courier/deliver the item(s) to our physical address for inspection.

 

Warranty

Electrical items carry a 1 year warranty and might need to be send to the manufacturer for assessment.

 

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift or packaged in a gift box when purchased and shipped directly to the end recipient, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

 

Shipping and Returns policy

 

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address presented on our Contact Us page, with the exception of electronic equipment for which a different address may be provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping back to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is also essential that the address provided is a vallid address and that the contact details are valid in order to fulfil the order.

Billing and Payment policy

Products are provided as available and requires 100% upfront payment before an order is processed.

Card payment option:

We accept all credit and debit cards that our payment provider caters for. The order will only be processed after a payment has successfully been processed by our payment provider.

 

EFT (Electronic Fund transfers) option:

Funds need to reflect in our bank account for which the bank details are provided upon checkout before the order will be processed.

 

Refunds will be provided back into the method originally used for payment unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

We may add you to our newsletter subscription list if you have ordered a product from us not via this website (E.g.via other communication channels or via our previous website www.airabica.co.za. You can always unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of the newsletter or emailing us.
